FXCKALABEL events don't happen without the people behind the scenes. We're looking for motivated, reliable people who want hands-on experience helping bring music, fashion, entertainment, and cultural events to life.

Whether you're helping an artist backstage, moving equipment, welcoming guests, supporting production, assisting on stage, or making sure the room runs smoothly, you'll be part of the team making the moment happen.

No extensive experience is required for every role. What matters is your attitude, reliability, willingness to learn, and ability to move when things get busy.

HOW IT WORKS

    Tell us who you are, what you're interested in, what experience you have, and how you'd like to contribute. Be honest—we're looking for people who are ready to work, learn, and be part of the team.

    Our team reviews applications based on availability, reliability, interests, experience, and the needs of upcoming events. If we're able to bring you onto the team, you'll receive confirmation and next steps.

    03 — WAIT FOR DETAILS

    Once you're selected for an event, we'll send you the information you need—including the date, location, call time, role, dress requirements, responsibilities, and any additional instructions.

    04 — SHOW UP READY

    Arrive on time, prepared, professional, and ready to move. Events can change quickly, so stay alert, communicate with the team, and be ready to help wherever you're needed.

FROM BACKSTAGE TO FRONT ROW

FXCKALABEL creates and supports events across music, fashion, entertainment, and culture. Volunteers may have opportunities to work at Fashion Week activations, artist showcases, cyphers, performances, listening parties, album launches, private events, concerts, photoshoots, brand activations, and other creative productions.

Every event is different.

One day you could be helping an artist backstage. The next, you could be supporting a fashion activation, welcoming guests, assisting production, or helping a performance run on time.

You won't just watch the event happen. You'll help make it happen.
